HST - New Housing Rebate

GST {Federal Portion}

  •  Buyers can claim the full rebate if the purchase price is below $350,000.

  • Buyers can claim a partial rebate if the purchase price is between $350,000 - $450,000.

  • There is no rebate if the purchase price is over $450,000.

  • Maximum rebate is $6,300.00

PST {Provincial Portion}

  •  Buyers can claim the full rebate if the purchase price is below $525,000.

  • Buyers can claim a flat rebate if the purchase price is over $525,000.

  • Maximum rebate is $26,250.
